Policy One-way Compare policies Baselines

Panels. A supervisor holds either up to 3 CRNAs, or — if the panel includes any trainee — at most 2 people: two trainees, or one trainee plus one CRNA. One trainee plus two CRNAs is not permitted.
Coverage. One anesthetist runs one site. Sites covered = MD-only (MDO + extra MDO) + every CRNA and trainee who has a supervisor. Charge is overhead and never counts as a site.
The lever. Each supervisor released to MD-only adds one site, up to supervising − supervisors required and never past the site cap.
One-way conversion. A supervising MD may move to MD-only, but an MD-only is never pulled back into supervision, so a recruited extra MD-only covers exactly one site. Uncheck to see what two-way movement would buy on a supervision-short day.
Realized ratio is supervised anesthetists per supervisor — the observed average, not an assumption. Watch whether it lands near 2.5 on its own.
